MB Soccer Performance is operated by MB USA Consulting, serving families, coaches, clubs, and partners in the United States and Brazil. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
Account holders must be 18 or older, except that athletes aged 13 to 17 may hold a login that is linked to a verified parent or guardian. Accounts for athletes under 13 are created and controlled solely by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
All nutrition, hydration, recovery, and performance content is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical nutrition therapy. Always consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified provider for personalized medical guidance. See our Medical Safety page.
Memberships renew on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Club and team agreements may be governed by a separate written contract, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Do not misrepresent your identity or role, attempt to access another family's athlete data, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape the platform, or use it to market third-party products to minors. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans, resources, assessments, and materials produced by MB USA Consulting remain our property and are licensed to you for personal or club use during an active membership. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it to deliver the service.
Athlete management, recruiting support, and representation services are offered only under a separate signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates a representation relationship. Representation of a minor requires signature by a parent or guardian and complies with applicable state athlete-agent laws and the governing rules of the athlete's federation, league, or school association.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee athletic outcomes, scholarship offers, roster spots, or professional contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB USA Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the safety of minors on the platform. On request we will delete personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
