By creating an athlete profile, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to manage the account, provide emergency and medical information, and approve educational content for the athlete.
Parents are required to provide at least one emergency contact and any relevant medical information volunteered by the family. This information is used only to support safe participation and is visible only to authorized MB USA professionals.
Any medical or allergy information is provided voluntarily by the parent or guardian. MB USA Consulting does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
