A career built around the athlete
Mariela Frey founded MB USA Consulting to bring professional, evidence-based performance education to youth soccer families across the United States. With a background spanning high-performance environments, youth development, and family-centered coaching, Mariela recognized that the most impactful support happens when athletes, parents, coaches, and clubs are aligned.
MB Soccer Performance is the platform that turns that vision into practice: practical fueling guidance, recovery habits, hydration strategies, and age-appropriate education that respects the realities of growing athletes and busy families.
The work is intentionally educational. MB USA Consulting does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or automatically recommend supplements to minors. Every recommendation is designed to be discussed with qualified professionals and approved by parents or guardians when appropriate.
