Children's Privacy

Our practices for athletes under 13, aligned with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Parent-controlled accounts

Athletes under 13 do not create their own logins. A parent or guardian creates the athlete profile inside their own account, and all plans, messages, and content are delivered to the guardian. Athletes aged 13 and older may hold a personal login that remains linked to a verified guardian.

What we collect about a child

Only what is needed to deliver performance education: first name, date of birth, club and team, playing position, training and match schedule, goals, food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, and any information a guardian volunteers. We do not require a child's email address, phone number, precise location, or photographs.

Verifiable parental consent

Before an athlete profile becomes active, the guardian confirms their authority, accepts the consent and release terms, and provides emergency contact information. Consent records are stored with a timestamp and can be revoked at any time.

No advertising to children

We do not sell children's data, do not serve behavioural advertising, and do not share identifiable athlete information with sponsors. Sponsor reporting uses aggregate figures only, with a minimum cohort size.

Supplements and minors

Supplement-related content is never issued automatically to a minor. Each item requires documented guardian approval and review by a qualified MB USA professional before it becomes visible.

Review, correct, or delete

A guardian may review everything held about their child, correct it, withdraw consent, or request deletion by emailing mbusaconsulting@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
